Laquan Smith has to be one of my top 10 people i look up to in the Fashion Industry, and one of my favorite Fashion Designers. This man is a genius, his looks are so different but so unique and different. I honestly feel like his design style can be put in the same boat as a Betsey Johnson or a Vivienne Westwood, but he still has is own originality in his work that he can't be compared to any designers that came before him. Laquan Smith is giving these new designers a run for there money to, i mean how many new designers can say they have there clothes wore by some of the most popular women in the entertainment business, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Lady Gaga and Tyra Banks are just a few women in his celebrity clientele! I personally want to see Laquan Smith showing at Lincoln Center in the near Future and his clothes being in store fronts of Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdales and many other places.
